Out of Stock
It is our aim to maintain stock of all items shown on the website.  If any item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via email and given the choice to select an alternative product, or wait until the items are available for dispatch.

If you have ordered a number of products and one or more of these are out of stock, your delivery note will indicate a part order and goods marked ‘to follow’ will be forwarded automatically as soon as they are available.  However, you will be charged for the ‘to follow’ goods before they are available for dispatch as we cannot separate the payments.

Postage
CDs, DVDs & Books - P&P in the UK is included in the price you see.  There is a charge for P&P overseas.  This amount will be confirmed in your "shopping basket".
Merchandise - There is a P&P charge for all merchandise and this amount will be confirmed in your "shopping basket".

Pricing
The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. We try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but the price of the goods on your order will need to be validated by us prior to processing your order. If there is a problem, we will inform you of the correct price and will give you the opportunity to purchase the goods at the correct price or cancel your order.
All products on this website are priced in pounds sterling.  For sales delivered to UK addresses prices include VAT at the ruling rate.

Artists
The Festival gives no warranty that artists named in the programme or any publicity will perform at any particular time, or at all, and reserve the right to present alternative performers and re-programme events when unforeseen circumstances prevail.  However, every effort will be made to carry out the programme as advertised.

Camping
Camping on the Festival sites must be paid for separately and is only available to Full Season ticket holders.  The cost of camping is per person and must be booked at the same time as ordering your ticket.  It covers five nights (Thursday to Monday inclusive).  Subject to availability.
Caravans and motorhomes are welcome on Site 2 and 3 only.  Trailer tents are OK on Site 1.  When your choice of site is full you will be allocated to another site.  If you do not state which site you wish to be on you will be allocated to Site 2.
If you are camping, please read the site descriptions, choose the preferred site for you and your party and tick the right box in the booking section.

Site 1 - For those who want to enjoy a family site without cars or caravans; with the sounds of live acoustic music and reasonable consideration to neighbours.  Site 1 becomes quiet soon after the final event finishes.  Tents are pitched between Concert Stage and Ceilidh Tent.  All vehicles are allowed on Site 1 to unload camping equipment only.  They must then be removed and parked in the specially designated FREE car park for Site 1 campers.  Cars will not be allowed back onto Site 1 until 2pm on Bank Holiday Monday and then only for the collection of camping equipment, after which they should be removed to the designated FREE car park.

Site 2 - For those who want to enjoy a family site where cars, caravans and tents are together.  We have a 5mph speed limit and the sounds of live acoustic music with reasonable consideration to neighbours.  Site 2 becomes quiet soon after the final event finishes in Festival Dance House.  Only a 4 minute walk from Site 1.  A small part of Site 2 is within one road width of Site 3, which is clearly marked.

Site 3 - For those who want to enjoy later nights and lie-ins in the morning.  Cars, caravans and tents all welcome.  We have a 5mph speed limit and the sounds of live acoustic music with reasonable consideration to neighbours.  Site 3 becomes quiet no later than 2am.  Only a 3 minute walk from Site 1.  Site 3 is situated in a designated area between the FREE car park and Site 2 overflow (NB - this is a new position to that used in 2008 and 2009).

NB - If you are camping you can collect your ticket/s from 9am on Thursday 26 August 2010.  We will queue your cars in the car park near Site 2 from 9am on Thursday 26 August 2010.  ALL camp sites will open at 12noon and not before on that day.  Festival staff and some early working stewards will already be onsite when you arrive.  On Site 2 Caterers and some toilets will be open from 9am.

All Campers - Remember noise travels further than you think.  Please consider your neighbours when playing live acoustic music, radios or CD players.

Car Parking
This is available FREE of charge in the designated car parks.  Please do not park on the narrow village roads or on grass verges around the village.
Site 1 campers are not permitted to park their vehicles on that site.  All vehicles are moved to the FREE designated car park.

Dogs
Dogs are NOT permitted ANYWHERE on the Showground site*.  Those with dogs wishing to reach the Concert Stage or Ceilidh Tent from the Thame Road will clearly have to cross the Showground.  Please would dog owners do this as quickly as possible without stopping on the Showground. Dogs are permitted on Camp Sites 1, 2 and 3 if kept on a lead at all times.  Dogs on leads will be allowed in the Concert and Ceilidh Tents, The Hive and the Village Hall, subject to space and good behaviour.  Dogs will NOT be allowed in the Church, the Children's Centre or Festival Dance House or its adjacent compound.
There is NO provision for dogs to be left unattended on the Festival Sites.  Any dog deemed to be a nuisance will be removed from the Festival sites, along with its owner.
* Dogs to assist people with disabilities will be admitted to all venues including the Showground.

Queuing Policy
If an event is likely to attract a larger audience than capacity allows, then two queues will be formed: one for Full Season, Day Season or pre-paid Event ticket holders and the other for those wishing to pay on the door.  Priority will be given to those with Full Season, Day Season or pre-paid Event ticket holders who arrive up to 10 minutes before the start time.  Full Season, Day Season or pre-paid Event ticket holders who arrive less than 10 minutes before the start time will be asked to go to the end of the "pay on the door" queue.

Showers
Showers are free to Full Season ticket holders only and are open at various times throughout the Festival, subject to water pressure and heating.

Showground Entry
The Showground is an area on Site 1 with plenty of space for people to just come and take in a few hours of the Festival.  There are a variety of performance shows on 2 separate stages.  These are included in the Showground gate price of £6 per Adult, £2 for people claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance, Senior Citizens (60+), Students and 5-17yrs.  This ticket is valid for events around the Showground and in the Main Bar, subject to space, until approximately 6pm each day, after which only those holding Full Season, Day Season and valid Event tickets can gain entry to events and licensed areas.  Subject to availability.  Seating on the Showground is on a first come first served basis.
